Script Update Progress Report ( v2.3 )

I've been working on v2.3 since a long time but now v2.3 has been officially announced. In This Topic, all the progress will be posted here. The Following things have been completed:

*Anti lag   
*Anti Spam
*New Manhunt
*New LMS system
*A Gangwar minigame.
*Country Detection
*Clan Districts & Bonus.
*bstats fixed.
*Vechiles categorized.
*new !forsale ( inspired of PsySQLite's one )
*new !spawnwep commands
*new !Pos & !cpos.
*!hoston command
*Random Spawn
*Multi Wep Command.
*New Spree System.
*New Echo
*New Weather Cmds.
*Flip, ff & fix etc car commands.
*!serverstats Command.
*Admin Commands added in irc Echo.
*New Heal System.
*New Colors.
*Online Stats.
*!stats commands now displays your Full time you've sepnd on server after registring.
*!hrank - Headshots rank.
*Alot of New Admin Commands and features.
*You need to wait 20 seconds before changing the weather.
*Kick to forbidden & invalid nicks
*Cost of heal depends upon your health :).
*Admin Commands in staff channel
*Properties Fixed



and i'm also giving a complete new look to script. Stay Tuned for more updates.
