mad you should add a command for LMS only for admins

If it's only for admins, it's still not that much easy. I'll have to concern some scripters for helping me in. I Can't assure you that it will be added but instead of lms, we've 4 arenas & a fight zone. So they are enough i think so. Instead of lms, more need is to work in IRC Admin cmds.
