I Cant Create A Server :(

Dear Staff Members ,

I Would Like To Take some Advice About Creating A Server , Now , I Know How To Create One and Add Scripts And Stuff , Of Course i will be needing vcmp-svr.exe and gups , after i modify server.cfg when i run vcmp-svr it shows it to me like this :

<< Vehicles loaded. (152)
<< Pickups loaded. (2)
<< General Use Pawn Scripts loaded successfully.

RCON: Unable to start Remote Console server.
** rcon server started on port 8190 - password: none - max users: 0

Note : i dont have router i have a normal modem called sagem fast 800 , one more thing should creating a server needs a router plz help

If you don't have router/modem, then its impossible to allow the port to forward. Wirless USB Modem does'nt support port forwarding.
Better get a paid hosting, you would have pay for it.

do you mean that if i have a router it would be more easyer right? bcuz i can portforwarding for free
