Note - This is not a vcmp support forum, so remember this in future.

Back to topic, So do you wanna to portforward your router. Simply Download http://www.portforward.com/store/PFCSetup.exe. Or Config it yourself by following steps : -

1. Goto 192.168.1.1 [Modem Configuration Site] or try this 10.1.1.1:80
2. Search for Service Option, and click on Add Custom Server
3. Type the Following Config
Name : - VCMP-1
Type : - UDP
Port Start - 5192
Port Finish : - 5192
4. Then Click on Apply
5. Again goto Service Option, and click on Add Custom Server
6. Now type this
Name : - VCMP-2
Type : - UDP
Port Start - 5315
Port Finish : - 5315
7. Click on Apply
==========================================
Now You have to access to Firewall to open these ports

1. Search for Firewall Rules and Click on Add
2. In Service Option Select - VCMP-1
Action :- Allow Always
Send to Lan Address - [get this from enterting ipconfig in command prompt and see that for IPV4 Address and paste this into]
3. Click on Apply
4. Now again Click on Add
5. In Service Option Select - VCMP-2
Action :- Allow Always
Send to Lan Address - [get this from enterting ipconfig in command prompt and see that for IPV4 Address and paste this into]
6. Now Click on Apply
7. Simply Off and on your modem

=====================

Now you can forward your ports
and enter the server port to 5192 and rcon port to 5315 in server.cfg
