xGrandoIz, I think You should not kick him indeed. You should ask any higher level to check Fire, whether he is hacking or not. and Second, You can't kick/ban any higher level administrator. For this only, I was demoted to level1 in one of the server of vc:mp!.
and For Fire, You are not kid, man. If he kicked you, first you should contact MaDKiLLeR about that. Your mistake that you did childish act, nothing else. Don't think I am insulting you, you are my friend too.
